Aurore Richel is a doctor in Chemical Sciences. She is currently an Ordinary Professor and directs the Biomass and Green Technologies Laboratory of the University of Liège (Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech Campus). She teaches the chemistry of renewable resources to students pursuing bachelor's or master's studies, particularly in bio-engineering. His research concerns the understanding, through fundamental approaches, of the chemical conversion of biomass into new products, energy carriers or alternative fuels for road or air transport. It is also active in popularizing and promoting chemistry (www.chem4us.be).

Maroua Kammoun is a bioengineer graduated from University of Jendouba (ESAKEF, Tunisia) and a doctor in Agronomic Sciences and Biological Engineering graduated from Uliege University (Gembloux Agro Bio Tech, Belgium). She is currently a research assistant working on biofuel production from vegetal biomasses.

Graduated with a master's degree in chemistry, he is currently assistant in chemistry and a PhD student in Biomass and Green Technologies Laboratory of ULiège. His  doctoral research focuses on  the perspective of circular economy by isolating starch from cereal waste to use it in 3D printing to make new biomaterials.

Sergio Martínez Villarreal has a Bachelor degree in chemical engineering from the Industrial University of Santander (UIS, Colombia) and holder of a master’s degree in process and bioprocess engineering from the University Claude-Bernard Lyon 1 (France). He is currently a PhD student the University of Liege (Gembloux agro Biotech). He is currently working on biofuel production from vegetal biomasses.
